Return Criteria:

Return Process:

2. Upload clear pictures of the product, showcasing its current condition.
3. Upon receiving your request, our team will review the information provided.

Approval and Store Credit:

1. If your return is accepted, you will receive 33% of the original purchase value in the form of store credit on Kiss My Lips.
2. Store credit will only be issued for approved returns.
3. The credit will be applied once we have received the returned product and confirmed its condition.

Important Notes:

1. Store credit will not be given for products that have not been approved through our return process.
2. The store credit is non-transferable and can only be used for future purchases on Kiss My Lips.
3. Kiss My Lips reserves the right to deny a return if the product does not meet our criteria.
