Return Policy

If for any reason you are not over the moon with your purchase, we'll happily accept a return in exchange of another item or issue a refund within 14 days of receipt. For hygiene reasons, lingerie, underwear and swimwear are non-returnable.

Sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Worn or damaged items.
• Makeup, fake tan or other marks on the garment.
• Sale items cannot be refunded or returned.

If an item is returned outside of the returns period, is believed to show signs of damage or wear or does not fulfil the above requirements, the item will NOT be accepted and will be sent back to you.
